Membership will be offered here, on this website, once it opens. Then sign in to the app with the same account. The 440 / 432 sample on the home page is free for everyone.

Use the email and password you signed up with on the Sign In screen.

On the Sign In screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send you a link to set a new one. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

In the app, open Profile and tap “Delete account”. This permanently removes your account, favorites and listening statistics from our servers. Downloads and anything stored only on your device go when you delete the app.

Check your internet connection and try again. Closing and reopening PureTone fixes most short playback problems.

Choose 15–30, 30–45 or 45–60 minutes. Or choose No limit: the music keeps going, without repeating a recent piece, until you stop it.

Tap the heart while a piece is playing. It goes to My Library and stays with your account on every device you sign in to.

Yes. Save a session, then open it from Listen Again to hear it exactly as it was.

Yes. In the PureTone app, music keeps playing when you lock your phone or switch apps, with controls on the lock screen.

Yes. Download sessions in the PureTone app and listen without a connection. Downloads live inside the app, not in your music files.

Downloads stay playable while your membership is active. The app checks this whenever you are online; if it has been offline for 30 days, connect once to keep listening.
